The "Aha!" Moment
One day at the gym, I was training with resistance bands. I couldn't believe the effect - every squat, every step, every movement felt so much more challenging. My muscles were working harder, burning more, and getting stronger with every movement.
That's when the thought hit me:
What if my mum could have this effect… all day long, without going to the gym?
And then it clicked: why not integrate resistance bands directly into leggings?
That way, every movement - whether cooking, cleaning, shopping, or just walking - would automatically activate her muscles, helping her burn more calories, tone her body and lose weight effortlessly.
