Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels for standard returns.

Exchanges
We’re happy to offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

We cover the return shipping costs for exchanges. Once we receive the original item, your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

To request an exchange, email support@skinnify.co with your order number and the item you’d like in exchange.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
